Here are our initial ideas, this is what we came up with when we were only just starting. We have mainly stuck to our original ideas but some things we have changed due to better ideas or complications such as dates people couldn't make.

Email to Historic Quay- this is the email we send and the conversation we had to book our location.
Callsheet media- we had to make a call sheet so we knew everything that would be happening and how to contact each other for important information.

Film treatment- this was created to help people understand the plot, unfortunately one of our cast members, Lewis Mcbean, wasn't available for filming, however we overcame this by recruiting a new member; Jordan Read.

Shot List- we made this shot list to make it easier to film as we would know what we had to film, where, and what props we might need. We changed the final shot list to add extra scenes that we needed to explain the plot. This was one of the most useful documents we used as we followed it strictly when filming and editing.

Script- although we didn't have any speech in our film we used this script for the voiceovers- this was also a helpful document as the voiceover helps to describe the mood so it told us what type of emotions we should put across in certain scenes.
